City Director — Albuquerque, New Mexico

Love Life is seeking a City Director for Albuquerque, New Mexico. This leader will launch, lead, and grow Love Life’s mission locally by uniting and mobilizing churches, pastors, volunteers, donors, and community leaders.

The City Director helps bring an end to abortion and the orphan crisis through prayer, church engagement, sidewalk outreach, discipleship, and practical support for families in crisis.

This role is for a spiritually mature, highly relational, self-motivated leader who loves Jesus, loves the local church, and carries deep conviction for protecting the vulnerable. The City Director will lead local prayer walks, guide churches through Adoption Weeks, develop volunteer teams, oversee sidewalk outreach efforts, cultivate donor support, and help establish Houses of Refuge in the city.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with pastors, churches, ministry leaders, and local partners
  • Lead 1-Hour Journeys, Sunday Launches, Adoption Weeks, and monthly Prayer Walks
  • Recruit, train, and develop volunteers and local ministry leaders
  • Oversee sidewalk outreach and local ministry efforts
  • Cultivate donor relationships and raise support for the mission
  • Manage local reporting, planning, budgeting, and team coordination
  • Model Love Life’s core values, healthy rhythms, prayer, fasting, humility, and unity

Ideal Candidate

  • Mature follower of Jesus with a strong love for the local church

  • Strong relational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Teachable, organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities

Time Commitment: Full-time, with some evenings and weekends required for ministry events.
