Last Saturday, prayer walks took place across the nation, continuing a monthly rhythm of prayer and worship from February through November. Every time the Church steps onto the frontlines, we see God at work, and last Saturday was no exception.
More than 2,000 believers joined Love Life prayer walks in cities across the nation.
And while the Church was praying, God was answering.
In Raleigh and Chapel Hill, North Carolina, 333 believers gathered despite the rain. As the Church prayed, two mothers chose life for their babies, one in each city.

In Chicago, the ministry continued long after the prayer walk ended. The team remained on the frontlines for another four hours alongside their mobile ultrasound partner, Alliance. During that time, two more mothers chose life for their babies.
But Saturday wasn’t only about babies being rescued. It was also about churches being strengthened and equipped.
In Bellingham, Washington, one church saw an incredible response as nearly three-quarters of its congregation participated in the prayer walk. But the impact extended beyond Saturday. Just days earlier, a church leader was approached about a woman facing an unplanned pregnancy. Because his church had been preparing to participate in Love Life, he was better equipped to offer her the love and support she needed.
In South Florida, a mother searching for an abortion center arrived at the wrong address. Instead, she encountered believers preparing for their prayer walk.

The team connected her with Pregnancy Help Center, whose mobile ultrasound unit was on site. There, she received help and ultimately chose life for her baby.
What appeared to be a wrong turn became an opportunity for this mother to encounter the love of Christ through His Church.
In Queens, New York, the city’s first bilingual prayer walk got off to a remarkable start, bringing together 91 believers to worship, pray, and stand for life.
In Washington, D.C., Pastor Mike Thompson of Bethesda Baptist Church, a historically Black congregation in Northeast D.C., led his church family to the frontlines to pray outside Planned Parenthood, just minutes from Capitol Hill.

These are more than stories from a single Saturday. They are glimpses of what God is doing as His Church faithfully shows up, month after month.
Babies are being rescued. Families are finding hope. Churches are being equipped to love their neighbors and protect the most vulnerable.
And by God’s grace, the work continues.
