Last Saturday, the day before Father’s Day, fathers and families across the nation gathered at abortion centers for a powerful time of worship and prayer. It was a beautiful and timely reminder that fatherhood begins in the womb, and that godly men are called to protect, lead, and bless the next generation. What better way to prepare our hearts for Father’s Day than by standing in the gap for the fatherless?
In Raleigh, North Carolina, it was their largest prayer walk so far this year. A total of 243 believers came out from eight different churches to stand for life. Their prayers were not in vain. Four babies were saved that morning, including a set of twins. The presence of the Church brought hope, and life was chosen.
Further north in Detroit, Michigan, over 150 believers gathered, marking their largest turnout of 2025. What’s happening in Detroit is nothing short of miraculous. Week after week, a faithful remnant continues to grow as more churches and families link arms to be a voice for the voiceless in their city.
On the West Coast in Whatcom County, Washington, 28 prayer warriors gathered on one of the hardest mission fields in the country. Though small in number, their time of worship and intercession was rich and powerful. The love of Christ was evident as they lifted up their voices on behalf of the most vulnerable.
Greensboro, North Carolina also had an incredible turnout, with nearly 250 people joining together in prayer. Among them were families, students, and church leaders standing side by side in worship and intercession. At one point, a local pastor passionately called upon the Lord for fathers to rise up and protect their children from abortion. His prayer echoed through the crowd, stirring hearts and reinforcing the message that now is the time for men of God to lead with courage and conviction.
Other cities like Albuquerque and High Desert also experienced their largest prayer walks of the year, further confirming what we sense across the nation: the Church is waking up and rising up. In Southern California, over 375 people attended a prayer walk. This was another sign of growing momentum in the region. This continues to be one of the fastest growing areas for Love Life.
Across the nation, many who joined these prayer walks were doing so for the very first time. They stepped out of their comfort zones and into the mission field, simply responding to the call to “show up.” Whether it was a crowd of hundreds or a faithful few, God met His people in every city.
Lives were saved, the Church was strengthened, and the Gospel was proclaimed in word and deed. Many powerful testimonies were shared, including stories from moms who chose life, those who have experienced healing from past abortions, and believers who have stepped into the gap through foster care and adoption.
These moments are not isolated. They are signs of a growing movement and the Church rising up to create a culture of LOVE and Life.
