Last Saturday, the day before Mother’s Day, believers from all over the nation gathered at the darkest places in their cities to pray and intercede for mothers considering abortion. More than 1,900 believers from 76 churches across 25 cities stood united in prayer at Love Life prayer walks, interceding for mothers and their unborn children. Pastors from many different denominations led their congregations alongside other churches, creating a powerful display of the unity Jesus prayed for in John 17.
In Vista, California, a group of 35 prayer walkers stood firm amidst intense opposition from pro-abortion protesters, unshaken in their resolve to be a light in the darkness. In Detroit, two precious lives were rescued as 90 prayer walkers gathered in unity, lifting up prayers that reached Heaven’s throne. In Charlotte, one baby was saved during the prayer walk, and two more were rescued shortly after, a powerful testament to the miracles God performs when His people gather in prayer and worship at these places of death.
These are just a few of the incredible stories unfolding across the nation.
As we reflect on last Saturday, we are reminded of the impact a united and mobilized Church can have. Love Life continues to mobilize the Church to protect the most vulnerable, one city at a time. Together, we are building a culture of Love and Life, where every child is valued, and every family is supported.
We are grateful for every church, volunteer, and prayer warrior who stood with us last weekend. The work is not done, and we invite you to continue standing with us as we believe for more lives saved and more families restored. Join us in this mission of LOVE and LIFE as we continue to shine the light of Christ in the darkest places.
